Account and data deletion

Use this route to request deletion of a PostPilot account, workspace data or connected social-account records.

Version 1.0 · Last updated 21 September 2026 · Operator: Dissentral Ltd (company 16416019)

Request

Email [email protected] from an address associated with the workspace. State whether you want a user account, whole workspace, connected social account, media and drafts, or all PostPilot data that Dissentral can lawfully delete. Do not send access tokens or passwords.

Process

  • We verify requester and scope so one customer's data is not deleted for another.
  • We disconnect and revoke destination records where supported, then delete PostPilot-held credentials and connection records from active systems.
  • We delete or anonymise requested accounts, drafts, media, approvals, schedules, analytics snapshots and support records where no lawful retention reason remains.
  • We explain what was completed, what remains temporarily in backups or provider systems, and what you must request directly from a social platform.

Timing and limits

Active-system work is normally completed without undue delay. Backups and immutable security or publication records may remain until controlled expiry or replacement. Dissentral may retain narrow records for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, accounting or claims.

Other rights

The PostPilot privacy notice explains access, correction, restriction, objection and other rights. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
