Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of PostPilot by business customers, team members and approved integrations.

Version 1.0 · Last updated 21 September 2026 · Operator: Dissentral Ltd (company 16416019)

1. Operator and acceptance

PostPilot is operated by Dissentral Ltd, company number 16416019, registered in England and Wales at Cowran Estate, Pennington, Ulverston, Cumbria, United Kingdom, LA12 0JW. Customer-specific order forms, schedules or data-processing terms take priority where they expressly say so.

2. The service

PostPilot provides a governed workspace for content drafts, channel variants, approvals, scheduling, publishing through connected destinations and provider results where enabled. Availability of a provider, capability or metric is not guaranteed. It is currently a controlled private-pilot service; no paid plan, service level or commercial commitment exists unless confirmed in writing by Dissentral.

3. Accounts and permissions

  • Keep account links, passwords, agent credentials and connected destinations under appropriate control.
  • The customer is responsible for its team members, roles, instructions and approvals.
  • Do not share credentials, impersonate a person, bypass permissions or access another workspace.

4. Destinations and publishing

Connect a destination only with the authority required by that destination. A draft is not an approval and scheduling is not automatic merely because content exists. The customer remains responsible for accuracy, legality, rights, disclosures and suitability. Third-party platform terms, limits, outages, reviews and decisions also apply.

5. Content, AI and agents

The customer keeps ownership of its content and gives Dissentral only the rights needed to operate the service. You must have all required rights, permissions, licences, consents and lawful basis. Optional guarded AI and agent connections are scoped by business, role and expiry; they do not receive provider secrets or inherit approval/publication authority. The current deployment has AI and billing disabled.

6. Acceptable use, suspension and ending

Do not use PostPilot for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent or harmful activity; do not upload malware, evade limits, disrupt the service or automate publishing without required controls. Dissentral may suspend access to protect people, data, the service, destinations or other customers. On ending, data is handled under the privacy notice, customer agreement and retention requirements.

7. Liability and law

No uninterrupted availability, provider approval, publication result, audience outcome or metric accuracy is promised. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to mandatory rights and any signed customer agreement, English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

8. Contact and changes

For legal, support, privacy or deletion questions, contact [email protected]. We may update these terms when the service or law changes; the version and date above identify the current copy.
